Obstruction is a free puzzle game for Android. This was our first "real" game: one artist,
one programmer, one composer, and a game was born. Released in June of 2011 Obstruction takes the traditional
"Traffic Jam" puzzle concept to a new level by incorporating expanding levels and multiple objectives.
Simple to learn, difficult to beat, impossible to put down.
Get the red piece out of the puzzle. Simple enough, right? But there are other pieces
on the board, and they only move in one direction. Locate the "problem pieces" and get
them out of the way to solve each of 100 hand-crafted levels. How about we take it a
step further? What if instead of one piece to get out of the level you have 2? Or 4?
What if the level isn't a small 6x6 square, but an 8x8? Or an 8x6? What if the levels
got to the point where you had to zoom in just to see which pieces you were working with?
That's a little too extreme... for some people.
The simple nature of the game lends itself to all kinds of moods, and players can choose to play
on a grid, or a jungle, or even outer space. Each piece of music exemplifies how it feels.
